The experience

Your day starts with hotel pickup and a 20-minute drive to the marina in an air-conditioned minibus. From there, you board a boat heading into Ras Mohammed National Park. The route crosses turquoise Red Sea waters toward White Island, a natural sandbar where the Gulfs of Suez and Aqaba meet. You'll walk the gleaming shoreline and take in this geographical oddity before the snorkeling begins.

Two snorkeling stops at Ras Mohammed put you in front of brilliant coral reefs and tropical fish. Life jackets, mask, fins, weights and belt are provided. Diving gear costs 15 USD per person and is paid on site. Between the water, you recharge with a freshly prepared barbecue lunch on deck (rice, pasta, salads and chicken), while the Red Sea breeze moves around you. After the second snorkel, the boat heads back and you unwind on the sundeck as the coast of Sharm El-Sheikh comes into view.

The return transfer to your hotel wraps the day. National park fees and a bottle of water are included. A live guide speaks English, Italian or Russian depending on the group.
