The Experience

Once everyone's loaded and the guide gives the signal, you head out through the villages on the way to Macao Beach.

Then it's back on the buggy and inland to a working ranch where cocoa, coffee, tobacco, and tropical fruits are actually growing in front of you, not just names on a menu. After that comes the cave — a limestone passage that opens into a lake underground, cool and still, the kind of place that feels older than the rest of the day.
