You start with pickup from your hotel and drive into Casablanca Valley, a 4,000-hectare wine region where white wines dominate but reds are made too. The first stop is Veramonte vineyard, where you walk among the grape trees, enter the cellars to see how the wine is made, and taste four wines — a mix of reds and whites — paired with cheese and chocolate. That tasting is included; bottled water comes with the tour.

The second vineyard, Indomita, offers another tour and tasting of the region's wines. By this point you've seen how two different producers work the same valley and handle their harvests differently. The route between stops moves through the valley itself, so you're seeing the landscape that shapes what ends up in the glass.

The third stop is Casa del Bosque, the most established vineyard restaurant in the valley. Lunch there — meat, fish, seafood, pasta and other dishes — is not included in the tour price, so you decide whether to eat there or return to your hotel. Either way, your driver handles the return transfer. The whole day runs eight hours from pickup to drop-off.
