The tour includes four wine tastings across premium wineries: Hemera Estate, known for small-batch reds and minimal-intervention winemaking, and Ubertas Wines, a family-run operation with sustainable practices and bold Shiraz. Between tastings, you'll stop at Browns Barossa Donuts (Wednesday to Saturday only), a handmade brioche bakery with a local following, and pass Jacob's Creek while your guide shares the story of how a Bavarian immigrant's vineyard became a global wine brand. Lunch happens at Kies Family Wines, a boutique winery where a gourmet meal pairs with their small-batch reds and whites, and knowledgeable staff walk you through the tasting and the winery's sustainable practices.
