The day starts with hotel pickup between 9:45 and 10:55 AM from northern Koh Samui, then transport to the pier for an 11:00 AM departure aboard a traditional junk boat. The cruise heads toward Koh Phangan Island across open water, with time to settle on deck and take in the horizon before the midday stop.

At midday, a buffet lunch of five traditional Thai dishes is served onboard. After eating, you'll enter the water at Koh Ma Reef for snorkeling: the gear, towels and a guide are provided. The reef is the centerpiece of the day: you spend time in the water with the coral and fish rather than watching from the boat. Once back aboard, the journey continues to Thong Nai Pan, a beach on Koh Phangan where the boat anchors for the afternoon.
