The experience
You'll spend an hour moving through yoga postures on the sand, guided step-by-step by an English-speaking instructor who watches your alignment and adjusts the pace to match whether you're starting out or returning to practice. The class flows through gentle poses designed to build strength and flexibility, with modifications offered so you're never straining and never bored. If you've done this before and want to push harder, advanced Surya Namaskara variations are there for you to explore.
Breathwork sits at the center of the session: calming techniques that clear mental clutter and sync your breath to the movement. You'll finish with a few minutes of meditation, still on the beach, before the instructor brings out warm herbal tea. The whole thing happens either at sunrise, when the light is soft and the beach is quiet, or at sunset, when the sky shifts color as you practice. Yoga mats are provided. You bring yourself and a willingness to move at whatever pace your body needs that morning or evening.
