The day starts with a 70-minute drive from your Seoul hotel to Dae Jang Geum Park, the largest filming location for Korean historical dramas. You get 1.5 hours to walk through the houses and streets where scenes were shot, going inside the structures that appear on screen and taking photos. Some areas may be closed if filming is underway, but the open sections show how the sets recreate periods from 2,000 to 200 years ago.

After Dae Jang Geum Park, the drive continues to Korean Folk Village, about 40 kilometers from Seoul. You have roughly three hours here for lunch (at your own cost) and to move through the Joseon Dynasty houses and traditional shops. The village runs live performances throughout the day (wedding ceremonies, Korean tightrope walking, and other cultural demonstrations), so you can watch or walk past depending on what interests you. The site has facilities and is built for visitors to spend a full afternoon without rushing.

Your guide handles navigation and timing for both stops, and the hotel pickup means you don't coordinate meeting a driver or navigate the route yourself. The return trip to Seoul is included, so the day closes with a drop-off at your hotel.
