The day starts with a pickup from your hotel and a drive inland toward Paarl, where the first estate sits beneath the region's famous granite outcrops. You taste local wines here, then move on to Franschhoek Valley (a French-influenced pocket of the winelands set into a mountain amphitheater) for a second tasting at a premium vineyard. The route itself is part of the experience: rolling hills and vineyard rows fill the windows between stops.

Lunch happens at a Stellenbosch estate with views of the surrounding mountains. The menu celebrates local flavors and pairs with the wines you're tasting. Before heading back to Cape Town, you stop at a fourth handpicked farm for the day's final tasting.
