The experience

The drive from Muscat takes around two hours to reach Wadi Tiwi, named after the village at its edge. Once there, a short hike of 10 to 15 minutes brings you to the first 15-meter waterfall. From there, you continue hiking and swimming through the freshwater canyon to reach the second falls, moving at your own pace through the wadi's pools and rock formations.

After the wadi, the tour stops at a nearby restaurant for lunch (your own cost), then moves on to Bimmah Sink Hole, a large crater near the sea with a freshwater lake at its bottom, believed to have been formed by a meteor impact. A final photo stop at White Sand Beach, known for its white pebbles and clear blue water, rounds out the day before the drive back to Muscat.
