The experience

The Caves of Hercules sit at the edge of the city, a natural formation that opens onto a beach and the strait beyond. From there you head to Cape Spartel, the headland where the Mediterranean and Atlantic waters meet: a visual marker most travelers come to Tangier to stand at. The route also takes in Perdicaris Park and a camel ride, then moves into the medina itself: the flower and produce markets, the narrow streets of the old quarter, and Kasbah Square with its terrace overlooking the strait and the coast of Spain.

You'll have free time to browse the shops and souks at your own pace, and a lunch break at a Moroccan restaurant where you choose from the menu. The guide speaks English, Spanish, French or Arabic depending on the group. Transport is private, the vehicle is air-conditioned, and a photographer travels with you to capture images and video throughout the day: no extra charge for that.

Parking fees, gratuities and entry to the historic monuments are covered in the price. Museum entry to Kasbah Square costs 3 euros per person if you choose to go inside. The tour suits all fitness levels, and infants can travel in a pram or stroller. Service animals are welcome.
