The experience

The tour starts with pickup from your hotel or the cruise port, then moves through Tangier at a pace you set. Perdicaris Park opens the morning with its gardens and pond. From there, the route heads to Cape Spartel, where the Atlantic and Mediterranean meet at a lighthouse on the cliffs. The Caves of Hercules come next: a legendary coastal cave with rock formations and views back toward the water. A camel ride waits on Achakkar beach, where you ride along the sand near the waves.

The Tangier Kasbah closes the tour: a historic fortress with narrow streets, ancient walls and views across the city. Along the way, Nabil can detour to the Medina if you want the markets and souks, or the Nahon Synagogue if you're interested in the city's Jewish heritage. The Medina itself is a UNESCO site: narrow streets, riads, and the bustle of traditional Moroccan life. He'll also steer you toward food if that matters to you, or away from crowds if it doesn't. The whole day is built around what you came to Tangier to do.

Transport is private, the vehicle is air-conditioned, and the driver handles navigation so you don't have to. WiFi is on board if you need it. The guide speaks your language and knows where to save you money at the market if you choose to go. Wheelchair-accessible options are available, and the vehicle itself is set up for wheelchairs.
