The journey starts with a morning pickup from your Fes hotel, then heads north through olive groves and rolling countryside toward Volubilis. You explore Morocco's best-preserved Roman city at your own pace (ancient streets, temples and mosaics spread across a panoramic site) before the drive turns toward the Rif Mountains. The landscape shifts as you climb through cedar forests and winding passes, and Chefchaouen announces itself suddenly: cobalt stairways, indigo walls, blue-tinted doors filling the narrow alleys. You spend the night in a hotel or riad there, with breakfast included the next morning.

Day two moves you across the foothills toward the Atlantic coast, passing through farmland, lakes and green plains.
