The day starts with pickup from your hotel lobby in an air-conditioned van, then a drive to Ocho Rios where the three activities cluster in the same area. You ride an ATV through the rain forest mountains, steering yourself through the terrain and taking in the views from the hills. At Spanish Bridge, a 17th-century stone span crosses the White River about 45 minutes from Ocho Rios. The water pools in aquamarine shallows beneath undergrowth, and you can rope-swing into it, tube down the current, swim or fish. Blue Hole (also called Island Gully Falls or Secret Falls) sits 20 minutes from the cruise pier in the rain forest mountains of the White River Valley. The river drops in cascades 20 to 25 feet deep, and the pools are cold and clear. You can hike along the stream to other falls, dive, or use a Tarzan-style rope to swing into the deeper pools.

After the activities end, your driver makes lunch recommendations. Linda's Jerk & Sea Food Restaurant is nearby if you want to eat. Soda, bottled water and WiFi on the van are included for the return journey to your hotel. The guide speaks English, and the van is equipped with air conditioning for the full day.
