The experience

The day starts with a pickup from your hotel in an air-conditioned vehicle. Your driver takes you to the ATV site, where you gear up and ride through the countryside: lush greenery, bird life, and the kind of terrain that feels removed from the beach. Partway through, you stop at a river for a foot dip to cool off. The whole ATV portion is something you do yourself, not something you watch. After the ride, the driver takes you to Seven Mile Beach, the long white-sand stretch Montego Bay is built around, so you can walk it or sit for a moment before heading to Rick's Café.
