You walk straight from the Moscato di Trani vines into the tasting, no transfer, no ceremony. The farmhouse sits a few steps from the property in the Itria Valley, and the owner walks you through the vineyard first, explaining how Apulian viticulture works and why this corner of Puglia grows what it does. It's not a lecture. It's someone who knows the soil talking about their own land.

The tasting itself moves through four wines (Terra Viva, a red from Nero di Troia; Pietra Viva, a white Verdeca; 1° Luglio, a rosé; and Pietro 60, a dry Moscato di Trani), and each one arrives with a different homemade appetizer. You get wood-oven bread with local olive oil, a cold cuts platter from the valley, a mint frittata, Apulian focaccia. Nothing is plated for show.
