The experience
You arrive at a working farm in the Valdichiana countryside outside Siena: the kind of place tourists don't usually find. Instead of a polished tasting room, you're welcomed into a cabin yard that opens onto a tasting space with views across olive trees, vineyards and cultivated fields. The experience starts with the story of how beer is made, from raw materials to the final pour, told through anecdotes and the passion of the people who grow the ingredients on the land around you.
Then you taste six craft beers, each one with its own character and history. An expert introduces each one, walking you through its ingredients, how it was made and what makes it distinctive. A generous cutting board arrives alongside: Tuscan cold cuts, fresh cheeses, fennel IGP, salami and ham, plus bread and homemade oil. The food is chosen to enhance every sip, turning the tasting into a moment of discovery rather than just a lineup of samples. The whole tasting takes about 90 minutes.
After the formal tasting ends, the farm is yours to explore. You can walk through the fields, linger over the view or simply sit and absorb the quiet of the countryside. Bottled water, coffee and tea are included throughout.
