The Experience

The boat leaves Sorrento with your skipper and heads toward Capri, spending roughly five hours on the water circling the island and stopping wherever you want to swim or snorkel. The Blue Grotto requires a transfer to a smaller rowboat (a ticket you arrange separately), but the other sea caves—the green grotto, white grotto, and the dramatic Faraglioni rocks with their tunnel of love—are accessible directly from your private boat. Snorkeling gear is on board, along with towels, and the water is clear enough that you can see the rock formations below the surface.

After the boat tour, you get three hours on Capri itself.
