The experience
The tour starts with a return fastboat from Sanur Harbor (shuttle pickup from your hotel is included), then splits the island into two halves. Day one sweeps the west side: Angel Billabong is a natural rock lagoon where you can swim at low tide, Broken Beach is a rocky formation with a hole through the middle that photographers favor, and Kelingking Beach gets its name from its pinkie-finger-shaped rock. You'll also stop at Paluang Cliff for a viewpoint across to Kelingking from the other side, then finish at Crystal Bay, a beach lined with coconut trees.
Day two covers the east, starting at Atuh Beach with white sand and clear water backed by cliffs. Diamond Beach is newer to the tourist circuit but draws visitors for the same combination of sand, water clarity and surrounding rock faces. Tree House Molenteng is a small wooden structure perched on a cliff edge overlooking the beach, from there you can watch waves hit rocks below and see the Thousand Islands View Point, a scatter of offshore rocks that look like islands from a distance. Teletubbies Hill rounds out the day: a rounded, grass-covered hill that locals named for its resemblance to the children's show landscape.
An air-conditioned vehicle handles all ground transport on the island, and Indonesian lunch (vegetarian and non-vegetarian options) is provided both days. Your guide speaks English throughout. The package does not include hotel accommodation. You arrange your own lodging on Nusa Penida or return to Bali after day two.

Top questions
What happens if it rains?
It may be canceled due to bad weather. If that happens, you're offered another date or a refund. Free cancellation up to 24 h before the start.
Can I swim at Angel Billabong, or is it just for looking?
Angel Billabong allows swimming when the tide is low. At high tide the lagoon is off-limits. The guide will assess conditions on the day and let you know whether entry is possible.
What is Kelingking Beach actually shaped like?
Kelingking Beach has a large rock formation that resembles a pinkie finger. The name comes from that shape. The rock makes it one of Nusa Penida's most photographed spots.
Is Tree House Molenteng a place to stay, or just to visit?
Tree House Molenteng is a viewpoint structure on a cliff, not accommodation. You stop there to take in the beach view from above and watch the waves hit the rocks below.
How does the fastboat work? Do I need to arrange it separately?
Return fastboat tickets are included in the tour price. Your hotel shuttle takes you to Sanur Harbor, where you board the boat to Nusa Penida on day one and return to Sanur on day two.
What does Teletubbies Hill actually look like?
Teletubbies Hill is a rounded, grass-covered hill in the eastern part of the island. Its smooth, dome-like shape resembles the landscape from the children's television show, which is why locals gave it that name.
