The Experience

The day starts with a pickup from your Bali hotel at 7:30 am or a meeting at Serangan Port, then a ferry crossing to Nusa Lembongan. Once you arrive at the base, you'll get complementary snacks and welcome drinks while your snorkeling gear is fitted. The priority stop is Manta Bay if weather permits—the reef where manta rays are most likely to appear—followed by Toyapakeh wall, Gamat Bay, or Mangrove Point depending on conditions. You'll snorkel at three different spots across the two islands, each with its own marine life and reef structure.

Back at the base restaurant, you'll shower and change before a buffet lunch of Indonesian food. Bottled water is provided throughout the day. The final activity is a kayak through the Nusa Lembongan Mangrove Forest in calm water—a quieter contrast to the morning's reef work. The mangrove paddle is the last thing before the day ends.

If you booked from Bali, the ferry takes you back to Serangan Port for drop-off, or your hotel if you chose the pickup option. Guests starting from Nusa Lembongan finish at the base. The whole experience runs about 9 hours. All snorkeling equipment, towels, lockers and insurance are included; a guide leads the group in English. Underwater photos and videos can be purchased separately if you want them.
