The experience

You spend roughly an hour here, then move to Tanjung Jepun, another reef site with different coral formations and fish species. Snorkeling time across both spots adds up to about two hours total.

Back at the basecamp, you'll have access to shower and changing facilities, then sit down to a light Indonesian lunch. From there, the boat returns you to Padangbai and the driver takes you back to your hotel. If you're not a confident swimmer or don't know how to swim, a life vest is provided and required for the entire activity. Glasses aren't permitted in the water.
