The pickup starts at 3 a.m. from your hotel in Flores or 3:30 a.m. from El Remate, giving you time to reach Tikal before dawn breaks. The hike takes you up staircases and along trails to Temple IV, the Two-headed Serpent Temple, where you'll be positioned for the sunrise.
