The second half takes you to the processing stations. This is where you see how raw cocoa becomes chocolate, how coffee beans are roasted and ground, and how honey is prepared for tasting. You're not watching from a distance; you taste at each station as the guide explains what's happening. The whole thing runs two hours, which means you're done by early afternoon and have the rest of your day in La Fortuna free.
