The experience
The class takes place in a working kitchen workshop, not a restaurant, where you cook alongside Patricio and Jennifer. You start by preparing an appetizer and cocktail to enjoy while you work, then move through a three-stage menu: starter, main course and dessert. Each course is paired with wine (a selection from boutique vineyards and the Grand Reserve range), so you taste what the chefs themselves choose to drink with the food you've made.
This is structured as a gastronomic journey through Chile's regions and identity. The recipes and techniques you learn reflect what Chileans cook every day, but at a haute cuisine level. You're not watching a demonstration. You're in the kitchen doing the work, asking questions of the owners, and understanding the culture through the act of cooking it. The three-hour session moves at a pace that lets you absorb both the method and the story behind each dish.
