The experience
The day starts at Ba Na Hill, where a cable car system climbs you to 1,400 meters and the Golden Bridge: a silk-strip of a walkway that seems to float above the clouds. From there you move through the hilltop gardens: Le Jardin D'Amour, the Linh Ung Pagoda with its 27-meter Shakyamuni statue, a 100-year-old pomelo tree, and the Tinh Tam Garden. A second cable car takes you to Nui Chua Peak, where Fantasy Park sits with rides and games. The Slide of Tube Car is free to ride if you want the rush. Lunch breaks the day before the afternoon leg.
After eating, you head to the Marble Mountains: five limestone and marble hills named for the five elements. Your guide takes you into the natural caves, explains the spiritual and historical weight of the site, and points out the views across the city and ocean. The climb is moderate. The caves are cool and dim inside.
The final stop is Son Tra Peninsula, where the Lady Buddha sits on the mountainside facing the sea. The statue is 17 floors tall inside, each floor holding 21 Buddha statues with different expressions and poses. Monkeys live on the peninsula grounds. You'll walk the pagoda complex and catch the panoramic views to the water. The Dragon Bridge, Da Nang's 666-meter landmark, is lit up on the drive back (fire and water shows run Friday and weekends). Your guide is English-speaking and carries tour insurance. Water is provided throughout.

Top questions
Can children come?
Yes. Ticket types: Youth (11 to 17 years); Child (4 to 10 years); Infant (under 4).
What is the Golden Bridge and why is it at 1,400 meters?
The Golden Bridge is a walkway on Ba Na Hill that sits at 1,400 meters altitude, high enough that clouds often drift below it and create the illusion of a silk strip floating in the air. A cable car system carries you up to it, and the height creates the optical effect the bridge is famous for.
Can I ride the Fantasy Park attractions on Ba Na Hill?
Yes. After visiting the gardens and pagodas on the hill, you have time for the park's rides and games, including the Slide of Tube Car, which is free. Other attractions like the Love Wheel, Fire Race, Ghost House and Fierce Race Track are available, though some may carry an extra cost depending on which option you book.
What are the Marble Mountains and what will I see inside them?
The Marble Mountains are five limestone and marble hills named after the five elements: Metal, Water, Wood, Fire and Earth. Your guide takes you into natural caves carved into the rock, visits the holy pagoda inside, and explains the spiritual and historical significance of the site. You also get views of the city and ocean from the peaks.
How tall is the Lady Buddha statue and what is inside it?
The Lady Buddha is Vietnam's tallest Buddha statue, located at Linh Ung Pagoda on Son Tra Peninsula. The statue is 17 floors tall inside, with each floor holding an altar containing 21 Buddha statues in different shapes, expressions and postures. You walk the pagoda complex, where monkeys live on the grounds, and see panoramic ocean views.
What is included in the tour price?
All entrance fees for Ba Na Hill, Marble Mountains, Lady Buddha and Dragon Bridge are included; cable car rides on Ba Na Hill are included; a seafood lunch in Da Nang is included depending on your option; cold mineral water throughout the day; tour insurance; and a professional English-speaking guide. Hotel pickup is included in most options. Pickups from the cruise seaport or certain resorts carry a small surcharge.
