Reiki & Sound Healing on Sedona Red Rocks
Meditate among three red rock mountains, then receive Reiki healing with sound bowls
Reiki & Sound Healing on the Red Rocks of Sedona is a 3-hour guided activity combining an easy hike to a viewpoint with energy healing instruction and hands-on treatment. You'll learn about vortexes and chakras through meditation and grounding exercises, then experience Reiki energy work accompanied by Himalayan singing bowls. The session is customizable based on your experience with subtle energy, and the guide offers a free consultation call beforehand to tailor the experience to your group.
The experience
You meet at Courthouse Vista parking and hike at a pace suited to your fitness level until you reach a special location with views of three of Sedona's iconic red rock mountains. The walk itself is part of the experience. Your guide helps you begin to sense the subtle energy the landscape is known for. Once you arrive at the spot, you settle in with camp chairs and blankets provided for the session.
The healing work starts with breathwork and guided meditation, grounding you in the location. Your guide then moves into hands-on Reiki, a technique that works with your body's energy systems to promote relaxation and stress relief. As the Reiki unfolds, Himalayan singing bowls create healing vibrations tuned at strategic frequencies, deepening the meditative state. The whole experience is built to adapt to your group's understanding of energy work (whether you're new to it or experienced), and you can fill out a participant form beforehand to help customize what happens.
The session is fully permitted for operation on the Coconino National Forest. If you want to discuss your experience level or specific intentions before booking, a free audio or video consultation with your guide is available.
