Step-by-step itinerary
Healing journey with Labyrinth and Medicine Wheel
- Walk the Labyrinth
- Walk the Medicine Wheel
- Participate in Manifestation Ceremony
The experience
You arrive for a private two-hour session built around two walking practices. The Labyrinth walk comes first: a meditative path designed to integrate body, mind and spirit, used across cultures to calm anxiety, recover balance and encourage self-reflection. As you walk, the pattern itself slows your thinking and opens space for insight. The Medicine Wheel follows, a circular arrangement of positions that represents connection to all things: what practitioners call "Mitakuye Oyasin," or we are all related. Walking the wheel brings you to different stations, each one addressing a specific part of your healing work.
The session closes with a manifestation ceremony, a structured moment to anchor whatever intention or healing you came with. Bottled water is provided. The guide leads in English and works with you on what you need, whether that is processing old wounds, seeking clarity for the path ahead, or deepening your relationship with this place and its natural systems. No prior experience is needed. The practice suits all fitness levels.
