The experience

Ninety minutes in a private Sedona location means you're working in a setting away from crowds, outdoors in nature with the landscape as part of the healing work itself. The guides (all certified professionals and energy healers) facilitate the circle and teach you how to connect with the divine within yourself. You'll come with an intention, something concrete you want to release or let go of, and the ritual includes cutting energetic cords and banishing negativity as part of the process.

The work moves through forgiveness and release in a structured way, with the guides showing you how to align your mind, body, and spirit. Bottled water is provided, and you'll receive a free gift as part of the experience.
