The experience

The tour starts with pickup from your hotel at 5:30 PM in a private air-conditioned car. After sunset, you head to Chillva Night Market around 7:20 PM for dinner. This is an informal market with meat, seafood, fruits and sweets. Your meal is included, so you're eating without deciding where or negotiating prices. By 8 PM you're seated and eating. By 9 PM the car takes you to Soi Bangla in Patong, the pedestrian street that closes to traffic after dark and fills with neon lights, shops and street food. You walk the 400-meter stretch for about 30 minutes, then head back to your hotel, arriving around 10 PM.

Everything is arranged: the car is private, the driver speaks English, dinner is paid for, and admission fees are covered. You bring a valid ID and wear comfortable shoes for the market and Soi Bangla walk. Bottled water and wet towels are in the car. The whole evening runs about 4.5 hours from pickup to return.
