The walking portion happens in Phuket Old Town, where Sino-Portuguese shophouses line streets like Thalang Road, Dibuk Road and Soi Romanee. The facades are painted in bold colors and the district holds temples, museums and street art that trace the island's mixed heritage. A stop at Khao Rang Hill Viewpoint, located in the heart of Phuket Town, gives you another angle over the town and the southern coast, with a newly built gazebo and restaurants if you want to sit with the view.
