The day starts at Morro Jable port, where the crew hoists the sail and points the catamaran toward the waters where over 29 species of dolphins and whales have been identified in the Canary Islands. You're on deck with a camera ready, watching the south coast recede as the boat cuts through the turquoise water. The captain changes course when the moment calls for it, and the boat anchors in a secluded bay where you can swim on your own. The water here is the real draw, not a rushed dip between stops.
