The catamaran carries only twelve people, so the bay stays quiet even when you're swimming in it.

A 4-hour catamaran tour from Morro Jable along Fuerteventura's volcanic coastline aboard the Magic Deluxe, a newly built Lagoon 450S catamaran carrying up to twelve passengers. You sail past the Natural Park and the beach of Jandia, swim in turquoise Atlantic waters, and eat lunch prepared on board by one of Jandia's top chefs. Drinks — white and rosé wine, beer, soft drinks and water — are served throughout. Hotel pickup is available in Costa Calma, Esquinzo, Jandía, Las Playitas, Tarajalejo and La Lajita; the guide speaks English, Spanish, French and German.

Step-by-step itinerary

Sail and relax along Fuerteventura coast

  • Depart from Morro Jable harbour
  • Sail along volcanic coastline
  • Watch for dolphins and whales
  • Enter turquoise bay near Jandia beach
  • Swim in Atlantic Ocean
  • Enjoy lunch on board
  • Drink included throughout tour

The Experience

The boat leaves Morro Jable harbour and heads south along the coast, where the water shifts through shades of blue as you approach the Natural Park and the bay near Jandia beach. The catamaran is built for small groups — twelve at most — so there's room to move without crowds, and the deck stays calm enough to actually see the water. You'll have time to sunbathe and watch for dolphins and whales moving through their natural habitat, though sightings are never guaranteed.

Once the boat reaches the turquoise waters of the bay, you stop and swim. The water is clear enough that you can see down, and the Atlantic here is warm enough to stay in for a while. While you're in the water or back on deck, lunch arrives: Mediterranean cous cous with roasted vegetables and tzatziki, followed by roast loin of beef with aromatic herbs, mushroom sauce and confit potatoes. A chef from Jandia prepares it on board. Wine, beer, soft drinks and water flow throughout the four hours, so you're never reaching for something that isn't there.

Hotel pickup is available in several towns along the coast — Costa Calma, Esquinzo, Jandía, Las Playitas, Tarajalejo and La Lajita — or you can meet the boat directly at the harbour in Morro Jable. The guide speaks four languages, so the tour runs in English, Spanish, French or German depending on the group.

What’s included

Is this one for you?Book with hotel pickup if you're staying in one of the coastal towns and want to skip the drive to Morro Jable; meet the boat directly at the harbour if you're already nearby or prefer to arrange your own transport. Either way, the small group size means you'll spend the afternoon with the same twelve people, so the pace stays relaxed and the bay never feels crowded.
