The experience

The boat leaves Morro Jable harbour and heads south along the coast, where the water shifts through shades of blue as you approach the Natural Park and the bay near Jandia beach. The catamaran is built for small groups, twelve at most, so there's room to move without crowds, and the deck stays calm enough to actually see the water. You'll have time to sunbathe and watch for dolphins and whales moving through their natural habitat, though sightings are never guaranteed.

Once the boat reaches the turquoise waters of the bay, you stop and swim. The water is clear enough that you can see down, and the Atlantic here is warm enough to stay in for a while. While you're in the water or back on deck, lunch arrives: Mediterranean cous cous with roasted vegetables and tzatziki, followed by roast loin of beef with aromatic herbs, mushroom sauce and confit potatoes.
