The Experience
You arrive at Atlantis Dunes and get fitted with a helmet, then mount a quad bike for a guided run through steep and sloping white sand terrain. The dunes here reach 50 metres high—not a true desert, but sand formations that demand real riding skill. An expert staff member leads the way, taking you through the landscape at a pace that works for the group, stopping partway through so you can take photos with your own camera or phone.
Children from age 5 ride along with an adult on the same bike, so families can go together without splitting up. The whole experience runs 30 to 35 minutes from start to finish. If you don't have your own transport to the dunes, transfers are available for groups of 4 passengers or larger—book that as an add-on at checkout.
