You arrive at Atlantis Dunes and get fitted with a helmet, then mount a quad bike for a guided run through steep and sloping white sand terrain. The dunes here reach 50 metres high, not a true desert, but sand formations that demand real riding skill. An expert staff member leads the way, taking you through the landscape at a pace that works for the group, stopping partway through so you can take photos with your own camera or phone.

Children from age 5 ride along with an adult on the same bike, so families can go together without splitting up. The whole experience runs 30 to 35 minutes from start to finish.
