The Experience

The day starts with pickup from the San Juan area at 8am in an air-conditioned vehicle. The drive to Toro Verde takes about an hour and a quarter, so you arrive at the park mid-morning ready to start. A certified guide meets you there and stays with your group through the day, explaining the equipment and the lines ahead.

You'll ride seven ziplines total, moving from platform to platform through the landscape. The signature moment is the ToroBike—a specially designed bike suspended from the zipline cable that you pedal while airborne, adding a pedaling element to the usual zipline rush. Between rides, the guide handles the gear changes and explains what's coming next. The full activity at the park runs 3.5 to 4 hours, so there's time to catch your breath between lines and take in the views.

All equipment is provided: gloves, helmet and harness. The guide is certified and speaks English or Spanish. Transport is round-trip from San Juan, so you don't arrange a separate ride or worry about directions. You'll be back in the San Juan area around 5:30pm.
