The experience

The trail starts with a walk between trees and moves through five different obstacles. You'll cross hanging bridges, rappel down a section, try "Surfing the Jungle", swing on Tarzan's Swing, and finish on a small zipline. A professional guide leads the group and teaches you about the island's flora and fauna as you move through each station. You wear a helmet, harness and gloves for every element that needs them.

Bottled water is provided. Wear pants or leggings and closed-toe shoes like sneakers or hiking boots. Tie long hair back. Avoid bathing suits, sandals or skirts. Public transportation options are available nearby if you're not driving yourself.
