None of the activities are required. The pace is yours, and the guide adjusts the day around what you want to do. Hotel pickup and drop-off happen at the start and end, so transport is handled.

Lunch happens in the adjacent Mayan village, prepared fresh there. The meal is included along with all the gear you need: life jackets, snorkeling equipment, bottled water, snacks and drinks throughout the day.
