The day starts with a three-hour drive from Negril to Blue Hole, a turquoise pool carved into the landscape where you can jump in, swim, or simply float. Your guide collects the entrance fees on arrival and fits you with a life vest. A local guide is available to show you the safest spots to jump and where the water is deepest, and they'll hold your camera to capture the moment.

From Blue Hole, you walk up the banks to reach Secret Falls, a natural waterfall at the top where the water pools before cascading down. Here the choices multiply: swim in the pool, jump from the rocks into the water below, or swing out on a rope that hangs from above. The guide stays with your group to point out the best angles and catch photos as you move through the water.

On the return to Negril, you can stop for a local lunch if you want one (paid separately). The whole outing runs four to six hours depending on how long you linger at each site. Bring a swimsuit, sunscreen, towels and a change of clothes. The operator recommends carrying cash for lunch and any tips for the guides at the attraction.
