The route moves through Perugia's historic center, stopping at a cafe for Italian breakfast with cappuccino and a pastry, then a historic shop for cheeses and Prosciutto, then olive oil and wine with Fagiolina del Trasimeno, a nearly extinct local bean, before chocolate at the city's oldest spice shop.
