The experience

Montalcino wine tasting centers on pairing: six wines, six bites, each one chosen to show how flavors work together. The tasting runs about 90 minutes, seated at a table where the guide walks you through each flight. The wines are all organic Brunelli from the estate, and the bites are made in-house to complement them, not an afterthought, but part of the design.
