You meet your guide at Naples port and board a fast ferry for a 50-minute crossing to Capri. The ferry is included, as is all transport once you land: a private convertible car (or shuttle if your group is larger) carries you and your guide around the island for the full day. The Blue Grotto comes first, weather permitting. You either take a small shared boat into the cave to see the water glow electric blue, or—if conditions close it—ride the same boat on a tour around the island's coastline instead, passing the Faraglioni Rocks and other sea caves. From there, you climb to Anacapri, the quieter village on the island's heights. A chairlift carries you up Monte Solaro, the highest point; the view from the top frames the entire island, the sea beyond it, and the mainland across the water. You descend and walk through Anacapri's streets, then move on to Capri town itself.

La Piazzetta is Capri's heart—a small square where locals and visitors sit at café tables, and the streets radiating from it are lined with shops and galleries. Your guide leads you through, then to Augustus Garden, a clifftop park with stone paths and planted terraces overlooking the Faraglioni. Entry to the garden is included. As afternoon fades, you return to the main port and board the ferry back to Naples, arriving roughly nine hours after you left.
