The experience

You'll work in a real Sardinian kitchen in the heart of Cagliari, learning the techniques for culurgiones (the island's iconic ravioli filled with potato and mint), and fresh tagliatelle using local flours and methods passed down through generations. The instructor walks you through the dough, the filling, the shaping. No experience is assumed, only curiosity. Once the pasta is ready, you move to the table.

The meal starts with a Sardinian antipasto of cheeses, cured meats, local honey and regional wine. Then comes the pasta you made, served with traditional sauces. A typical Sardinian dessert and a glass of artisanal Mirto, the island's famous myrtle liqueur, close the experience. You leave with digital recipes to recreate the dishes at home.

What’s included

  • Hands-on instruction in making culurgiones and fresh tagliatelle.
  • a three-course meal with Sardinian antipasti, cheeses, cured meats and honey, regional wine during the meal, traditional dessert and homemade Mirto liqueur.
