The Telaga Waja River offers a mix of class 3 and class 4 rapids that create genuine challenge without requiring prior experience. You'll spend three hours navigating the river's varying sections, reading the water and working with your guide and fellow paddlers to move through each rapid. The scenery shifts constantly (dense jungle walls, open sky, the sound of water), and the physical rhythm of paddling fills the morning. After you finish, you'll shower and change at the rafting restaurant, then sit down to a buffet lunch before heading inland.

The ATV portion takes you two hours into terrain most visitors never see. You'll ride quad bikes across rice fields where the paddies step down in terraces, through jungle sections where the track narrows, across shallow river crossings, and past traditional villages where daily life continues around the track. The ride is challenging enough to hold your attention but designed to be safe for beginners and experienced riders alike. Your ATV instructor leads the group, setting the pace and pointing out the landscape as you move through it.

Your private air-conditioned vehicle handles all transport: pickup from your hotel at 8 AM, the drive to Telaga Waja, and the route to Ubud afterward.
