The experience

Spa Air sits in tropical gardens on the edge of Seminyak, built around the idea of privacy and quiet. You get a private treatment suite: single rooms with shower and soaking tub, or the Lavender suite for couples, which adds a rain shower, steamer room and oversized soaking tub. The spa also has an outdoor pool and a day lounge where you can rest between or after your treatment. Complimentary round-trip transfer within Seminyak means you don't arrange transport yourself. The pickup and drop-off are built into the booking.

What you actually do depends on which package you select at checkout. Balinese massage, Ayurveda treatments (Vasti, Bolus Bag, Abhyanga, Shirodara), reflexology, body scrubs, foot baths, aroma baths, yoga and Reiki are all available. The shortest packages run two hours. The longest stretch to three and a half. Guides speak English, German, Chinese and Japanese, so language is not a barrier. The spa is designed for all fitness levels, and it works well for couples who have an early checkout or a late flight and want a full spa day without leaving Seminyak.
