The experience
The day starts with pickup from your hotel or villa. If you're in Kuta, Seminyak, Jimbaran, Nusadua or Sanur and booking for at least two people, transport is free. You arrive at the spa and begin with a welcome drink of herbal tea (lemon, ginger or another blend chosen for relaxation or energy). The treatment unfolds over two hours: a Thalaso foot wash to start, then a full hour of Balinese massage designed to release tension and improve circulation. Balinese tradition holds that body, mind and spirit work together, and the massage is built on that principle. It aims to free tissues of toxins and restore balance.
After the massage comes a 30-minute body scrub, followed by a 15-minute yogurt moisturizer application to hydrate and soften the skin. The experience closes with a 15-minute flower bath, the final step that gives the package its name. All spa equipment is provided, so you arrive with nothing but yourself. The whole sequence takes two hours from start to finish, and the spa handles the timing so you don't have to think about what comes next.
You can book with or without hotel transport. If you choose the transport option, pickup is free for the zones listed above (Kuta, Seminyak, Jimbaran, Nusadua, Sanur) as long as you're booking for at least two people. If you're outside those areas or prefer to arrange your own way, the no-transport option is available. A private flower bath upgrade is available at checkout for an additional cost if you want that final step to yourself.
