Your driver picks you up from your hotel and takes you to Tanjung Benoa Nusa Dua, the center of water sports on Bali's coast. Here you'll move through three activities: jet ski (with an instructor guiding you at no extra cost), parasailing over the ocean, and banana boat rides. All equipment is safety-approved, and you get a life jacket for every water sport. Lockers, towels and a changing room are on-site. The rush of each activity is real (the speed of the jet ski, the view from the parasail, the spray from the banana boat), and you're moving through them back-to-back in the morning.
After the water sports finish, you'll have lunch at a restaurant in the Nusa Dua area. Then your driver takes you south to Bali Orchid Spa in Kuta for the second half of the day. Two hours of spa and massage treatment follows, delivered by Balinese therapists in a spa room that opens onto a tropical garden with a waterfall.
