The experience

The day starts with pickup from your hotel or villa, then a drive to Nusa Dua Beach where you'll walk on the ocean floor using a state-of-the-art diving system that requires no prior experience. You spend ten minutes down there, face-to-face with sea life in their habitat, before returning to the surface. After showering and changing, you'll have a buffet lunch: vegetarian options available if you request them at booking.

Then you head to the Ayung River near Ubud for the rafting leg. The run covers ten kilometers through 33 class II and III rapids, with the river cutting through unspoiled rainforest, deep gorges, and emerald rice paddies. A professional river guide leads the group, and you'll have all safety-approved equipment, including a water-resistant bag for your belongings. The whole experience is designed to be safe and fun for families. The minimum age is nine and the maximum is sixty.

An air-conditioned vehicle with an English-speaking driver takes you between locations, and insurance, tax and services are all included in the price. Bring sunscreen, a camera and a change of clothes beyond what you'll wear in the water.
