You arrive at your hotel with a rough idea of what you want to see—or none at all—and your guide meets you there ready to build the day around what matters to you. The itinerary is yours to shape: if you want to start at Tegalalang Rice Terrace and end at Uluwatu Temple watching the sunset, that's the route. If you'd rather spend the morning at Tirta Empul Temple's sacred pools and the afternoon exploring Elephant Cave's 9th-century stone carvings, the guide adjusts. The vehicle is private, air-conditioned, and holds up to five travelers without luggage or three with it; a minibus option seats up to twelve. Bottled water is included, and the driver handles all the navigation and parking.

Ten hours gives you room to move without rushing. You might spend an hour at Tegalalang watching the layered paddies stretch across the hills, then drive to Kintamani to see Mount Batur and Lake Batur from the highlands, then loop back toward Ubud for a walk along the Campuhan Ridge. Or skip the highlands entirely and spend the day moving between temples—Batuan near Ubud, Taman Ayun with its 17th-century pagodas, Ulun Danu Beratan floating on Lake Beratan in the cool Bedugul region. The guide speaks English and knows the sites well enough to answer questions and suggest timing, but the stops are entirely your call. If you run past ten hours, an additional charge of roughly $5 per hour applies and is paid directly to the driver on the day.

Entrance fees to each attraction are not included and are paid on site as you visit, so the final cost depends on which temples and sites you choose. If your itinerary takes you to East Bali—Lempuyang's Gates of Heaven, Tirta Gangga, Amed, or Padang Bai—a surcharge of roughly $10 applies and is also paid to the driver. Hotel pickup and drop-off are included from Sanur, Ubud, Denpasar, Canggu, Seminyak, Kuta, Legian, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, or Benoa; contact the operator with your chosen stops before the tour so they can prepare the route.
