The experience
The island sits a short drive from Roatan's main coast, connected by a bridge that crosses the water between the two. On the way, you'll see the island's landscape and learn about local culture from your guide. Once you arrive at Brady's Cay, the private beach is yours to use: no crowds, no competing for space in the water.
Snorkeling here means stepping off the sand directly onto the reef. The 2nd largest coral barrier reef in the world runs parallel to the beach, so the best underwater life is within arm's reach. You get snorkel gear for the full activity, and if you want a break from the water, the island also has paddle boards, kayaks and an aqua park. The five-hour block gives you time to explore the reef, rest on the beach and eat without rushing.
Lunch is a choice of fillet chicken, fish fillet or both, served with rice, beans and fried plantains or tostones, paired with two drinks: alcoholic or non-alcoholic, your pick. Private transportation handles the round trip from your hotel or meeting point, so you don't arrange separate rides. The guide speaks English or Spanish, and children from age 3 are welcome.
