The experience

The Canal d'Amour sits 38 kilometers north of Corfu city between Sidari and Peroulades, carved into sandstone cliffs by water and wind. The opening creates small caves and turquoise channels that shift with the seasons. You get free time to swim and sunbathe in the water and along the rocks.

Porto Timoni lies below Afionas village and actually consists of two beaches separated by a narrow strip of land. The walk down from the village square takes about twenty minutes on a steep, uneven path, but the payoff is the closed bays and very clear water. One cove has regular blue water, the other deep blue, and they hold different temperatures. San Stefanos, six kilometers northwest of Sidari, is a long sandy beach ringed by greenery with soft sand and shallow water. Taverns and cafeterias line the shore, and lunch is optional at a restaurant next to the beach.

The tour runs six hours total and operates in all weather, so bring appropriate clothing. You travel by private vehicle with hotel pickup and drop-off included, and the driver speaks English. Choose between a tour for five to seven people or a tour with driver only, depending on your group size.
