From there, the route can swing to Paleokastritsa, 25 kilometers northwest, where a coastal road curves around bays and a harbor backed by Angelokastro, a Byzantine castle on the hill above. Danilia Village, 10 kilometers from the airport, is a replica of a 1930s Corfiot settlement rebuilt in the 1970s after an earthquake. It functions as an open-air museum with two squares, a church, a folklore museum, a traditional café and tavernas, filled with antique items and designed to feel like stepping into the old city. You decide which stops matter to you and how long to spend at each one. The minivan is air-conditioned and equipped with free WiFi. The driver provides cold water on request. You can add a beach stop or any other site that interests you, and the itinerary shifts to fit.
