The tour moves at a relaxed pace, stopping at the Acropolis to see the Parthenon, Erechtheion, and Temple of Athena Nike; the Theatre of Dionysus and Odeon of Herodes Atticus on the slopes below; and the Acropolis Museum if you want to enter (ticket cost is separate). Bottled water, WiFi, and mobile chargers are on board.

From there, the route takes in downtown Athens: the Ancient Agora and Hadrian's Library in the Monastiraki district, the neoclassical buildings of the University of Athens and Academy of Athens, the National Library of Greece, and the Parliament Building overlooking Syntagma Square, where you can watch the changing of the guard. You'll also pass the National Gardens, the Temple of Olympian Zeus, Hadrian's Arch, and the Panathenaic Stadium: the world's oldest stadium still in use, built entirely of white marble. The tour ends back at your starting point, though you can arrange a different drop-off location for an additional fee.

The tour runs 4 to 5 hours and you choose your own pickup time. If you want to linger at a site or add more time, hourly extensions are available for a fee. Note that the Acropolis closes on January 1st, March 25th, May 1st, Easter Sunday, and December 25th and 26th.
